Sandeep Gulati

Managing Director at ManpowerGroup India

Sandeep is a multi-faceted leader who is passionate about building winning teams in a global environment. He brings more than 27 years of experience across Contact Center Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. Sandeep joins us from Aegis where he headed operations for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. Sandeep also led the set-up of a first-of-its-kind Global Command Center, which provided real-time, automated data updates across visually interactive dashboards to decipher actionable intelligence insights, with mobility. He led the business turnaround for the large Indian entity comprising 27,000+ people. Prior to Aegis, Sandeep held multi-functional roles across global companies such GE, Vodafone and led the launch of Dell’s key contact centre operations in India.

Besides work he loves his travel and exploring new places.

Lulu Khandeshi

Chief Human Resources Officer at ManpowerGroup India

Lulu Khandeshi holds a post graduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and has over 26 years of rich, extensive and diverse experience across all facets of the people function. She has worked in a senior capacity with Thomson Reuters, WNS, Tracmail and Hexaware leading the HR and L&D function. She has been instrumental in establishing numerous innovative and robust people initiatives and practices with a deep focus on both the business and the people dimension. Her most recent association has been with Startek- Aegis as Country HR Head managing 24,000 employees across India and Sri Lanka.

Sanju Ballurkar

President - Experis

Sanju Ballurkar brings with him 25 years of rich cross-functional experience spanning across domains like Engineering & Product Development, IT Services, Business Operations and P&L Management. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Sanju headed Magna Infotech (A division of Quess Corp). He was instrumental in building winning teams, creating robust technology systems related to both Recruitment and back office management and enhancing operational and cost efficiencies. He also served as the Chief Innovation Officer responsible for developing strategic technology frameworks for the Group’s various lines of businesses, including Human Capital Services, Facility Management Services, Food and Hospitality Services as well as Training and Skill Development.

He holds an Engineering degree and two Master of Science degrees from USA and has worked for 8 years with the global technology giant 'Pitney Bowes' (USA). He has 2 US patents for his pioneering R&D work and has several international publications to his credit.

Avneesh Makkar

Group Finance Director at ManpowerGroup India

Avneesh Makkar joined ManpowerGroup India in January 2013 as Director – Finance. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Avneesh was associated with Elements Akademia and has earlier worked with Jet Airways, HCL, Tata Communications and InterGlobe.

Avneesh has 18 years of rich experience having worked in Aviation, IT, Telecom, and Education sectors across various functions such as Planning, Business Finance, Management Reporting, Controllership, Structuring large outsourcing deals, M&A as well as International Financial Operations.

He is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a Chartered Accountant.

K. Anita Kumari

Head-HR - Experis

Anita has been working with Experis IT Pvt. Ltd. since the inception of the organization. A sincere and dedicated HR practitioner, Anita has worked in various capacities in all the departments of the organization. With her sheer dedication and perseverance, she was the pioneer in setting up the processes in each of the departments of the organization and later moved on to take up the crucial responsibility of the HR. Anita oversees the HR strategies and processes of the organization. She is also responsible for integrating and aligning the HR functions with other Business Processes of the organization. She has an efficiently run human resource department which provide the organization with structure and the ability to meet business needs through managing the company's most valuable resources -- the employees. Her people management skills have helped the organization to acquire a competitive edge over the competitors.
